 Ringtail’s founding director is Matthew J Roffe, from Teignmouth in Devon. Matthew Roffe has been a published photographer for almost twenty years. His work has appeared in publications in the UK, Europe and the Middle East. Matthew has also been a contributor to web-based magazines and non-profit organisations.
Matthew’s career began within a high technology field in the Royal Navy. He has also worked in pro labs in the UK and abroad, where he became qualified in various areas of both print and digital processes. As well as studying photography as an academic subject, he apprenticed with award-winning photographer Dave Guest. Matthew is equally qualified in the IT field, and has provided programming solutions to a wide range of clients - from small businesses to a multi-national FTSE 100 firm, and a government agency.
After several years providing the creative and technological brains to a Spanish film and PR company, and trading previously in the UK as “The 360 View”, Matthew became the co-founder of Ringtail Media.
In order to help promote the South West region, Matthew and other regional photographers will soon be launching a range of scenic portraits from the area for corporate and retail customers. A donation will also be made to the Royal National Lifeboat Institute for each sold. Watch this space for further details.
